I tried to get an update of the BIOS but there is not, the specifications of the said laptop which has 4 GB of memory installed. I even try a PC2-6400 and a PC2-5300, but still no luck, the system only accepts one module when a PC2-6400 is installed. The only difference is that this new PC2-6400 modules and the original are PC2-5300, but if the new one works I don't think that they are the problem.
